Bring ray app to front.

In my development process, I have the editor open on one screen and the browser on the other. After adapting code, I test it in the browser. The ray window is either closed or hidden behind the editor window. If I want to see the ray window, to bring it to the front, I use Ctrl-Shift-L. Twice in case it was hidden. Once in case it was closed.
That is not convenient or logic to me.
I would like to always open ray on Ctrl-Shift-L
