Wrap buo/cask-upgrade to allow for updating/upgrading casks. #117

This tap allows for casks to be upgraded based on their version. Adding an :upgrade action to the casks provider would significantly improve the quality of the homebrew cookbook.

this is now provided in homebrew as brew cask upgrade
