Command prompt not working

So theres this thing most are unaware of when hitting control-alt click on a tablet, laptop or computer it will open this nifty little command prompt. VERY important function it serves as a hard counter to those hacking the NTnet, remotely changing air alarms, hacking ID codes and so on. Without this the person doing it is pretty much untouchable.

Pretty much as it is now you open the prompt and just nothing happens when you enter commands this as far as I'm aware was broken by the TGUI port.

To shake off arguments I've heard in the past.

Yes I have full network access trying to do it (NOT that this matters it will give error messages trying without and not all functions need access
Yes I have the cog needed for the skill check (NOT that this matters since again it will give error messages if you fail the check)
