interact with openaire/zenodo to collect outputs of historic projects

cordis lists deliverables from recent projects, from historic projects much less.
also some projects do not register their datasets in cordis, only in repositories such as zenodo/cordis

openaire does have a mechanism to indicate a project origin for an output. soilwise could retrieve those outputs and complement the information retrieved from Cordis.
