Does "minDistance" of Pan mean the distance between xy in onTouchesDown and xy in onStart?

I executed the following code on IPad 2021 and xiaomi android phone and then I got xy in onTouchesDown much different from xy in onStart. Does "minDistance" mean the distance between these two coordinates?

For this reason It looks like there is a delay when I use xy in onStart as the start of a drawing path and moreover the delay is more noticeable on iPad.

And then I use the xy in onTouchesDown to eliminate the delay but there still exists a problem in the flowing image.

Hi! minDistance is minimum distance that pointer needs to travel before gesture activates (docs). Setting minDistance to 1 means that pointer need to travel 1 pixel before gesture activates. Note that it is not exact distance between the points that you're referring to - it depends for example on the speed of pointers (if you move slowly, it will be about 1px, but if you move with high velocity, gesture may activate after, let's say 50px)
