Is there a way to disable the auto contrasting and LUTs while exporting the individual frames from the nd2 stack? I am attempting to recreate the z-stack from the frames (like in the NIS Viewer) but the a lateral section of the stack looks very different as compared to that on the NIS Viewer. I am assuming this is due to the auto contrasting taking place individually for each of the frames to enable viewing. Hence, I was wondering if there is a way to disable this.
