Describe the bug

  • when meta compete leader success, it will send sync remote slottable task to remote datacenter;
  • session and data heartbeat request may get empty remote slot status map from meta leader when task not finish;

Your suggestion

  • return fail GenericResponse on HeartbeatRequestHandler when meta leader not warmup;
