[BUG] - Transaction on Lore.xyz are not processed

Briefly describe the bug.

Lore.xyz is a safe alternative Ui, but our Ui doesn't detect it as a Safe, so when creating a space or proposal and signing the transaction it doesn't get sent to the relayer.

How can we reproduce the bug?

1. Go to lore.xyz and connect with snapshot.org using walletconnect
2. Click on Create a space
3. See transaction doesn't get sent to relayer

What is the expected behaviour?

The transaction should be send to the relayer and the user should be able to create the space.
