👉 emoji causing failures in dagster pipelines

Issue Description

• Description of the issue:
  When the 👉 emoji appears in the stdout when using Dagster to execute sling, it throws an error. Appears in this message:
  https://github.com/slingdata-io/sling-cli/blob/main/cmd/sling/sling_media.go

Have raised as an issue in Dagster to hopefully make it handle it more gracefully. But if it's not essential, maybe it could be stripped out of the message as there may be other tools which use Sling in future that hit similar issues?

  1.3.1 (but present in 1.3.5)
• Operating System (linux, mac, windows):
  Windows

Error message seen in Dagster below (note: it's a Dagster error, not a sling error)
UnicodeEncodeError: 'charmap' codec can't encode character '\U0001f449' in position 25: character maps to <undefined>
