Help Error "Sealed classes are not supported as program classes" with keeper

I'm using AGP 8.2.2 and receiving this error when launching infer{buildVariant}AndroidTestKeepRulesForKeeper:

CIRCULAR REFERENCE: com.android.tools.r8.internal.nc: Sealed classes are not supported as program classes

I thought this R8 error was fixed in AGP 8.2 so i'm not sure if this is a Keeper problem related or not.

Any ideas?

Missing keeperR8 "com.android.tools:r8:8.2.42" in dependencies.
