Date and Time format in UK is wrong #660

Hello,
the date format for the English version of the site is MM/DD/YY which is actually the american format.
Is it possible to have the "European" format for date and time (DD/MM/YY and 24h hours) but keep the site language in English?

interesting, I wasn't aware that the UK used a different date format... should be possible, but will likely take a bit of time as I'm pretty busy at the moment 😞
