Describe the bug
When watching vod contents using mvplib player engine, there is option to download subtitle automatically.. however when I click it, it does nothing. Sometimes the video pauses after few seconds of clicking it, but when the video resumes, it doesn't add any subtitles.

Devices tested: apple tv, iPad.
