Related problem

sometimes it would be good for debug reason check what resoruce is generated in f8 in yaml format, and this can be easily later on debugged on ocp using oc command.

Suggested solution

Add another property to resoruce manager with path where to store yaml resoruces and use f8 serialization method for write files.
