As of the 0.3.4 release, the -force-sidecar generates a XMP file for each file uploaded to Immich.
This workaround the immich-app/immich#4264 issue due to mp4 file with crazy creation date.
But this is overkill to create a xmp file for each uploaded file.
It would be nice to detect such cases before uploading the file, and create a XMP just for them.
