Environment: Ubuntu Linux Plone-4.1.4 beyondskins.responsive-0.4.dev0

I closed my earlier issue for version-0.3 because I wanted to test the latest version on github to see if this version would correct the problem encountered.

beyondskins.responsive works perfectly with Mozilla Firefox. It does not work with IE-9. When using IE-9 and not logged into Plone, the display is distorted and there is no color present for the global, contact, or action menu bars. When logged into Plone, the display is distorted and the only menu bars that have color are the contact and action menu bars.

Thoughts?
