Edit campaign page title should update to actual campaign title

The panel name "Edit campaign" should be replaced with the title of the campaign once saved as it acts as a breadcrumb like pages do.

Note: The "Add campaign" seems to follow a different pattern from Files folders, when a new one is created folders title becomes "New folder" and you'd expect a similar pattern in campaigns but I don't see it as enough of issue to change the current campaigns pattern
