socket.io.js not found

Running any function on the deskshell site (such as 'AppWizard' here: http://deskshell.org/demo-docs/wiz.htm) fails due to:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
  http://deskshell.org/socket.io/socket.io.js

The deskshell site includes the documentation from the application. The buttons and example applications will only work when run from inside a deskshell client. This has not been made obvious so maybe we should go through and make separate online documentation from the local client application.

Download deskshell and try the examples out locally and then they will work!
