Integrate distributed deployment support in Siddhi Operator

Description:
Siddhi distributed deployment is achieved using the annotations used in the queries. Based on the annotation used in the Siddhi app, it is divided in to multiple child Siddhi apps. A service implementation used to split the siddhi apps in to multiple child siddhi apps (#22). This deployment need to be integrated with the Siddhi operator implementation.
