Open issues and questions

Santiago Figueroa will upload scadalts with netcat and ping to troubleshoot the connection between scadalts and openplc.
Ziyao Wang will try to connect open-plc and scada-lts in GNS3.
Ziyao Wang will document his progress under OT-Network section.
