App Switcher Command

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong, or if there is such option, but I would like there to be a command to get to the App Switcher. The place when you see all your opened apps and can close them, and in my TV it brings it up when you press and hold the home button. I can’t see arch command #in the list that already exists and I can’t find one online. Maybe there’s a way to make that one button press command long press? Idk and I’m not sure of where to ask for help 😅 So I’m making it as a request.
