Ollama Patch for Fixing Potential Edge Case Issues (Issue Renamed)

Commit da5a390 breaks Ollama support.

Tested with Ollama 0.3.14 and 0.4.2.

Reverted commit makes it work.

The patch may need to be fixed a little.

Hello @orsonteodoro we tried to recreate the problem, but it works fine on: 0.51, 0.3.14 and 0.4.2

I have renamed the issue, since it's now about whether we patch it or not to streamline the chunking.
