1. Issues 탭 >new issue 클릭 (아무 레포에 들어가서)

2. 원하는 이미지를 드래그 후 write 창에 드롭하면 링크가 생김

3. 링크를 복사해서 md 파일에 붙여넣기 , 이슈창 은 그냥 끄기
