[Feature] Support for Object Lock #24

希望能够支持AWS S3的 Object Lock 功能
因为正式版本理论上不应该允许覆盖所以我们尝试开启了S3的 Object Lock 来防止文件覆盖但 deploy 时失败了因为缺少 Content-MD5 Header

希望能考虑添加该功能
