The Jdaviz popout page does not render correctly. For example, https://data.sdss5.org/zora/target/12743 . Clicking the Jdaviz popout button goes to : https://api.sdss.org/valis/solara/?kernelid=8dfcf34d-abbd-4286-bccc-0264885cfc48&modelid=424ce4203be44951a660a3004270f143&baseurl=/valis/solara/&dark=true

This could be an issue with the base url and mount-id that ipypopout needs.
