Feature Request: Add a “Device” parameter for Pushover notifications

Description

I’m using Overseerr’s built-in Pushover notification agent, but I have multiple Pushover-enabled devices. Currently, there is no way to send notifications only to a specific device. It always sennds the notification to all registered Pushover devices

Desired Behavior

I would like Overseerr’s built-in Pushover integration to support sending notifications to a specific device by including a device field in the notification settings.
