exclude.yml file does not contain key for dti_ad

exclude.yml file contains keys only for dti_fa, dti_md and dti_rd but not for dti_ad.
This is okay for spine-generic pipeline because only FA, MD and RD are analysed. But within this normative-metrics repo, also AD is analysed. I had to manually add dti_ad key into cloned exclude.yml file.
Possible solution could be to create new key called for example simply dti. Then this key would be used to exclude subjects from all DTI analysis (i.e., FA, MD, RD, AD).
