Expected Behavior

Desktop 3.27.0 EXE binary is signed like other releases

Actual Behavior

Desktop 3.27.0 EXE binary is not signed

Steps to Reproduce

Download https://downloads.scratch.mit.edu/desktop/Scratch%20Setup.exe
Execute
Windows shows a dialog saying it's not signed
The file's properties does not have digital signature section

System Details

Windows 10

Thanks for catching this! Not sure what happened there... I'll dig into it and make sure our next release is properly signed.
