Introduce the app to the Government

I am a Google code-in participant and I like to contribute to Elly project from another way. In my school (Ananda College, Colombo 10, Sri Lanka), There is an exhibition for young inventors and there is a chance to meet the president at the exhibition and introduce our new inventions. Invention types are categorized and there is a category for wildlife and research. I'm a very active member of the invention society and I can introduce the app to the president and make a bond with the Department of Wildlife Conservation. I think this is a great chance to introduce the Elly app. I introduced the app to the principal of our school and he said This is a great idea and I should introduce it to the president. How about the idea ? If it is good, We have to make a project proposal to the president about the project.
I have to present the project proposal before 5th of February.
