Missing manual acquisition params in import subtomograms #391

When setting manually acquisition params, this ones are available:

  • Angle max
  • Angle min
  • Step
  • Angle axis 1
  • Angle axis 2

Angle axis 1 and 2 need to be deprecated, and all of the other mentioned ones are not being set in the object properties (do not show up on the sqlite, appear as NULL).

The following params are missing:

  • magnification
  • voltage
  • spherical aberration
  • amplitude contrast
  • total dose

I think only dose per tilt or total dose is still missing.
