If I have 3 packages to upgrade I have to enter in my password around 9 times just to finish all operations. Can we please be able to run as sudo and upgrade all with one password entry?

Have you tried just running the binary with sudo?

I have, however during build the eopkg calls aren't parsing the -y to install dependencies without interaction.
