The latest version seems pretty good and relatively stable; we should switch to it.
This should allow us to drop most (hopefully all) of the Scholarly Article ontology. It requires that all
sections have IDs, but that is fine since we need them for ToC anyway.It also allows us to flavour links. This means that the change impacts:
