In reference list <cite> element should wrap schema:ScholarlyArticle items #40

Semantically the reference list is a list of citations of ScholarlyArticles, so shouldn't the element be wrapped around a container element of type ScholarlyArticle - or the fact that it's a citation be marked up with typeof="some-namespace:Citation" ?
