Add post-install configuration

• Install ffmpeg package
  • wget https://github.com/ccrisan/motioneye/wiki/precompiled/ffmpeg_3.1.1-1_armhf.deb
  • sudo dpkg -i ffmpeg_3.1.1-1_armhf.deb
• If camera is not enabled (raspi-config)
  • https://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/questions/14229/how-can-i-enable-the-camera-without-using-raspi-config
  • Enable camera
  • Reboot (required)
• If not grep bcm2835-v4l2 /etc/modules; then
  • modprobe bcm2835-v4l2
  • echo modprobe bcm2835-v4l2 >> /etc/modules
