After sending warning notification it will not send emergency notification.

This is for the current / yet to be released via NPM (w/ PR #49) version.

Just an fyi (figured this would be a good place to mention). Current state maybe work in progress but I was experimenting/testing this version and it's nice to see only a single notification being send (instead of repeating quickly) but I found the following issue.

I was testing by moving the anchor position and if I moved the anchor far away the full emergency alarm would be sent correctly (one time) ... but if I first moved the anchor so that the boat was in the warning area a warning would go out but then if I moved it from the warning area to outside the main circle it wouldn't send the full emergency alarm.
