Route sheets PDF prints with truncated top header #825

Expected Behaviour

When I print the Route sheets PDF I should see the complete top header.

Actual Behaviour

I need to scale down the page to 95 % to see the top header on the printed page.
When I open the Route sheets PDF file with "Master PDF Editor 4" on Linux, I can "print" the contents to a new PDF file which will then print on paper without truncating the top margin header.

Proposed solution

Reformat the PDF with a more generous top margin, to avoid problems caused by different printers.
