Path between stops on route map is not visible for CDN and NDG

Expected Behaviour

• The red path between stops on a route map should always be visible.

Actual Behaviour

• The red path between stops on route map is not visible for CDN and NDG routes.

Steps to reproduce

• Routes / click view icon for CDN / scroll down to see map / no red path !

This is a big question mark...not sure why it does that but when trying to sort clients on the ROUTES onglet from the main view, it makes it impossible for the admin to do a effective job. Also, if the adresses are removed from the view as suggested in issue number #814 it would be impossible to correctly sort them out.

Seems to be related to the number of stops needed to be displayed. Maybe a cutoff that happens around 30 as this affects both NDG and CDN and only in the ROUTE MENU from the left sidebar (not on the Route ordering page of the day's kitchen count).
