Define ES community north star, tools, goals and metrics with guidance from Sahr.

working on 1 on 1 outreach for contributors
reaching out to 75-100 potential contributors via LinkedIn, Twitter, different niche groups that feature Selenium
Sahr will send a template for a 3 part email sequence to send out
the fellows will need to find a time to record some content (via Zoom) that can be broken into video snippet content
Sahr will help break the Twitter Space audio into small audio snippets we can turn into promo content
