Visual Studio integrated help file doesn't exist.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go here: http://www.piccolo2d.org/learn/api.html
2. Click on the download for the Visual Studio integrated help
3. File does not exist.

Thank you for the suggestion.  I hope this file may still be around somewhere, 
since I would be unable to regenerate it.
