[bug] Breaks Patbox Univeral Shops

@Patbox and I discovered that this mod breaks sgui, a library used for serverside GUI things (thing the "inventory" UI's that most plugin servers have)

it just dies and server appears to never register that client has exited the inventory when Golf is added

Ough, that's really bad. I guess we could disable the check for sguis completely (as it doesn't make sense to have the check there tbf).

For now turn off the illegal items check.

I cannot find the illegal items check settings, so im just disabling Golf for now
