Rename 'checks' attributes with a consistent pattern #152

Now that we plan to have more than one check, we should name them such that the attributes are easily identified and consistent. For example dupeclassescheck_enable should be renamed. Something like:

We will need to provide back support for the old attribute names. Our deprecated attr count is growing large, so create a different stardoc table for them. And fix that pages anchors while you are in there.
