Handle Spotify login better

The app requires the user to be logged into Spotify, but right now the way that is checked and managed sometimes gives a bad experience. The main screen should show clearly the login status. The app should be smarter about refreshing the user token if currently running, and there should be more specific error messages to indicate if an issue is present due to login versus internet connection.
