okay so ue5 is getting responses from discord as seen in the log

LogDiscord: Display: Timer Start Result: Ok
LogDiscord: Display: Timer Start Result: Ok
LogDiscord: Display: State Set Result: Ok
LogDiscord: Display: Details Set Result: Ok

So either the discord client isn't picking up the game, or discord itself has some issues on their end
