Should we have logging as part of batch analysis?

Progress of analysis: change from previous iteration.
Warnings in analysis, etc
- for example, sessions/basepaths are often skipped if they don't meet the minimum data requirements (n cells, n swrs,...). It would be great if we had a log of exacly why sessions were skipped.
