The old code uses the paid weather.com API. Switching to a more modern API allows for flexibility and better code style.

This may or may not be possible according to the funds I have. OpenWeatherMap has a 16 day daily forecast, however it is paid.

Open-Meteo will be used instead since it has a free API and is open source.
