Example not working due to docker image not available on docker hub #253

Currently the following command documented in the fullstack example:

$ cd examples/python_fullstack 
$ docker-compose up

will fail with this error:

control_plane Error pull access denied for llamaindex/llama-deploy, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login'

this is a known problem with Docker that'll be fixed soon.
