Summary

While we're still pre-launch, it would be nice to have a link to the /admin section on every page of the app.

Things out of Scope

Don't worry about which kind of user can see it yet, we haven't started making distinctions between Admin, Teacher, and Student.

Also don't worry about adding a footer or header unless it's super easy.
