Update mailman listinfo to tell it is essentially obsolete

I just tried to send a mail to rpm-ecosystem:

1. The mail was rejected, but the page nowhere mentions subscription is required
2. The list is apparently dead and obsoleted in favor of github discussions. Only way to find out is the read the archive.
