Failures of this test on CI is a known issue and is being tracked at ros2/build_farmer#166

Users who don't already know about this would think to look in this package, where the test is from.

The test was disabled in #369. This issue will be used to track the problem with the goal to reenable the test when it actually passes reliably. The referenced build_cop ticket contains more information but will be closed as a duplicate.
