Sorry for the delayed response. I checked and realized that several packages that LIPMWalking depends on are private :(
The packages are not really used in grasp-fsm-sample-controller. So you can try to build LIPMWalking by manually removing the dependencies and see if it works.
For the long term, I'm thinking about replacing LIPMWalking with the BaselineWalkingController for bipedal walking in this controller. Sorry, but it might take me a while to do this.
