docker build . dies at line 26

  25 | >>> COPY requirements /g2p/requirements

with "/requirements": not found.

Update Dockerfile:

  • to the current way of installing g2p
  • to the latest OS image
  • fix whatever else might be broken

OR: remove Dockerfile if we don't intend to maintain it
